摘    要:很多学生都认为阅读是一件枯燥乏味的事情,并没有真正理解阅读对培养自身英语综合能力的重要性.本文试图以元认知的相关理论为基础,探讨英语阅读教学中的元认知策略,为学生进行有效阅读,提高阅读效率,有指导意义.

Abstract:Many students think that reading is a boring thing,and did not really understand English read the comprehensive ability to cultivate their own importance.This article tries to relevant theories of cognition based reading teaching of metacognitive strategies for students for effective reading,improve reading efficiency,a guide.
