| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校都过于行政化,以至于影响了学术发展,因此,高校都需要去行政化,文章就文化、制度、心理以及价值方面的阻力进行简要的分析,并提出了一些化解阻力策略,希望高校去行政化能走出困境.
