摘    要:对农田地、沿海沙地、瘠薄地栽培的蕉藕地上部分的主要营养成分进行了测定。结果表明,农田地蕉藕地上部分水分、粗脂肪、灰分、K和Cu含量较高;沿海沙地蕉藕地上部分粗纤维、Mn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn含量较高;贫瘠地蕉藕地上部分总糖、粗蛋白含量较高。

Comparative Analysis on Nutrient in Aerial Parts of Edible Canna under Different Planting Conditions

Abstract:The essential nutrient in aerial parts of edible canna planted in farmland,sand land along the coast and thin field was determined.The results indicated that the contents of water,crude fat,ash,K and Cu in aerial parts of edible canna planted in farmland were higher;that of crude fiber,Mn,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn in aerial parts of edible canna planted in sand land along the coast were higher;that of total sugar and crude protein in aerial parts of edible canna planted in thin field were higher.
