苜蓿叶片中微量元素的光谱测定

摘    要:[目的]深入了解苜蓿叶片的营养价值。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对公农1号、中苜1号、美国Phabulous、美国GoldenEm-press 4种不同苜蓿品种幼苗期叶片中Na、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr和Co 10种微量元素含量进行了测定分析。[结果]结果表明,各元素在试验范围内,加标回收率和精密度较好,加标回收率为95%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。苜蓿叶片中人体所需的营养元素含量丰富,苜蓿各品种微量元素含量均表现为Ca>K>Zn>Mg>Na>Fe>Mn>Co>Cu>Cr;不同品种间,Na、Mg、Fe和Zn含量为公农1号>中苜1号>美国Phabulous>美国GoldenEmpress;Ca、Cu、Mn和Co含量为美国GoldenEmpress>公农1号>美国Phabulous>中苜1号;K和Cr的含量为公农1号>美国GoldenEmpress>美国Phabulous>中苜1号。[结论]该研究为苜蓿叶片的合理利用提供了有利依据。

Spectrometric Determination of Microelements in Alfalfa Leaves
Abstract:[Objective]The purpose aimed to realize nutrition value of Alfalfa leaves.[Method] Ten kinds of microelements(Na,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr and Co) in leaves at seedling stage of Gongnong 1,Zhongmu 1,American Phabulous and American GoldenEmpress Alfalfa were detected and analysed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Result]The results indicated that the precision and recovery for different elements within the limits of working curves were good,the range of recovery(n=5) was 95%-105% and the RSD was lower than 5%.There were abundant nutritional elements for people in Alfalfa leaves.In the leaves of four Alfalfa,the content sequence of different microelements was found to be Ca>K>Zn>Mg>Na>Fe>Mn>Co>Cu>Cr.The content sequence of Na,Mg,Fe and Zn was Gongnong 1>Zhongmu 1>American Phabulous>American GoldenEmpress,the content sequence of Ca,Cu,Mn and Co was American GoldenEmpress>Gongnong 1>American Phabulous>Zhongmu 1,the content sequence of K and Cr was Gongnong 1> American GoldenEmpress> American Phabulous>Zhongmu 1.[Conclusion]The results of this study will provide useful evidence for effective exploitation of Alfalfa leaves.
