基于机器视觉的轴承内外径尺寸检测系统

摘    要:开发了适应大批量流水线生产和检测需要的轴承内外径机器视觉检测系统。对系统的机械及运动控制部分以及光学成像系统等进行了设计,提出了一种利用多项式插值精确测量轴承边缘点位置的方法,分析提出了将锐化图像进行再滤波的技术,优化了轴承图像内外径尺寸的边缘获取的技术路线。检测结果表明,系统具有非接触、在线实时、速度快、精度合适、现场抗干扰能力强等优点,能实现产品的零废品生产的目标。

Abstract:A machine vision system for inspection of inner and outer diameters of bearings was developed for a pipeline production and inspection. The mechanical and movement control units, as well as its optical imaging system, were designed. A precision measuring method with polynomial interpolation was developed to measure bearing edges. Besides, a re-filtering technique was adopted to optimize the technical route. The measuring results showed that the system had advantages of non-contact, on-line, real time and rapid speed, as well as appropriate precision and strong anti-jamming.
