| 摘 要： | 随着城镇化的不断推进,农村耕地不断减少,产生了大量的失地农民,农民问题是城镇化中的重要问题。通过对我国现行征地制度的现状分析,指出对失地农民征地补偿存在的不足,提出现阶段完善失地农民征地补偿制度的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the constant promotion of the urbanization,the rural cultivated land is reducing constantly,causing a large number of peasants of lost territory.Issue of peasant was the important problem in urbanization.The current situation of system of takeover of land for use in our country was analyzed,the deficiency existed in the recompense to pasent who lost tennitory in takeover of land for use was studied and the countermeasures to improve the system of recompense of takeover of land for use were put forwand. |
