| 摘 要： | 从形态学和分子生物学两方面对菌株GL做了鉴定,初步认为它是裂褶菌属的一种.进而将菌株GL与科罗拉多冷杉进行合成实验,通过感染率、生长指标测定以及石蜡切片观察,得出菌株GL是科罗拉多冷杉外生菌根菌的结论.
