重庆稻瘟病菌遗传谱系与生理小种的关系研究

摘    要:采用rep-PCR分子指纹技术对重庆地区的稻瘟病菌进行了DNA指纹分析。结果显示70个供试菌株分别扩增到2-15条DNA带。经UPGMA聚类分析,在0.80遗传相似水平下,供试菌株划分为9个遗传谱系,结合传统的植病学方法,测定了分布于各个遗传谱系中的40个稻瘟病菌菌株的生理小种类型,40个菌株共分为5群,15个小种,其中ZA,ZB群占优势,ZA1,ZA3,ZB1为优势小种。结果还发现菌株遗传谱系与生理小种间并不存在确定的一一对应关系。同一遗传谱系可由多个不同的生理小种组成,而 同一生理小种亦可分属于几个不同的谱系。

Abstract:DNA fingerprinting of Magnaporthe grisea isolates collected from Chongqing area was determined with the rep-PCR technique. 2-15 DNA bands were amplified for each isolate. 70 isolates were classified into 9 genetic lineages at a genetic similarity of 0.8 in clustering analysis of UPGMA. The types of the physiological races of 40 M. grisea isolates distributed in each genetic lineage were tested by the traditional means of plant pathology. The 40 isolates were divided into 5 groups and 15 races. ZA and ZB were the dominant groups and ZA 1, ZA 3 and ZB 1 were the major races. No definite corresponding relationship was found to exist between genetic lineage and physiological races. The same lineage may be composed of several different physiological races and the same physiological race may belong to different lineages.
