摘    要:本文研究了CO2吹脱提升厌氧发酵液pH值的效果,考察了实验过程中无机碳(IC)变化情况,分析了温度、空气流量及采用CO2过滤后空气为载气对提升厌氧发酵液pH的影响。研究表明,进行CO2吹脱的前2 h,pH值上升较快,随着吹脱至12 h,上升速度逐渐减小,pH值逐渐趋于不变。随着温度的升高与空气流量的增大,厌氧发酵液pH值也会随吹脱的进行上升速度加快。

Abstract:This paper concentrated on the pH increasing in anaerobic digester by CO2 stripping.The effects of temperature,air flow rate and atmospheric CO2 content on fermentation pH in anaerobic digester treated by CO2 stripping,the inorganic carbon(IC) variation of fermentation slurry,was monitored to assist explaining the pH increasing.The results showed that,the pH increased fast in the first two hours and slowed down in the next ten hours,and got stable at last.And the pH increased faster with higher temperature ...
