摘    要:“食品贮运学”是研究食品在贮藏运输过程中的基础理论与应用技术相结合的一门课程,是食品科学与工程专业本科教育中的重要课程之一。如何激发学生的学习兴趣和培养学生的创新实践能力,成为困扰课堂教学的难题。为此,在教学实践中不断尝试改革教学内容、改进教学方法和更新教学考核,将案例分析教学、翻转课堂教学、交互式教学、实验实践教学等多种教学模式混合,通过不同教学方法和模式的有机融合,以培养学生的创新和实践能力。

Abstract:Food Storage and Transportation course combines both basic theory and applied technology,which is an important course in undergraduate education of food science and engineering.In the course teaching,teachers should consider how to stimulate students'interest in learning and how to improve students'innovative practice ability.In order to solve these problems,we continuously tried to teaching reform by updating course content,teaching methods and assessment.Through the integration of multiple teaching methods,including case analysis teaching,flipped classroom mode,interactive teaching,and practical teaching,students'ability to innovate and practice would be improved.
