“雨课堂”在高校蒙生“乳与乳制品工艺学”课程教学改革中的研究

“互联网+”时代下“雨课堂”式的课堂教学对传统课堂教学提出了很大的挑战。课堂教学怎么顺应时代发展要求,改革课堂教学方式,提高学生的参与度和积极性,是蒙语授课班学生课程教学中面临的问题之一。通过对蒙语授课班的“乳与乳制品工艺学”课程进行教学改革实践研究,初步探索了“雨课堂”在课前、课中、课后等环节的应用,进而巩固学生的理论知识和实验实操,构建以学生为主体的课堂教学模式,为高校更好地开展基于“雨课堂”等教学改革模式的混合式教学提供理论参考。

Teaching Design of Milk and Milk Product Technology of Mongolian College Students Based on Rain Classroom

In the“Internet+”era,the“rain classroom”type of classroom teaching poses a great challenge to traditional classroom teaching.How to adapt classroom teaching to the needs of the times,reform of classroom teaching methods,and improve student participation and enthusiasm is one of the problems faced by the Mongolian college students.Through the research on the teaching reform and practice of the course Milk and Milk Product Technology in the Mongolian college students to explore the application of students'self-learning before class,teacher-student interaction in class,and students'summary and expansion after class based on the“rain classroom”.This will further consolidate the students'theoretical knowledge and experimental operations,and construct a classroom teaching mode with students as the main body.Our research can provide a theoretical reference for colleges and universities to better carry out mixed teaching based on teaching reform modes such as“rain classroom”.
