关于浙江捕捞渔民转产转业路径的思考

捕捞渔民在转产转业中主要有2种路径，分别是就地转移和异地转移。本研究结合当前浙江捕捞渔民转产转业的现状，比较了两者的优势和劣势，认为就地转移对浙江捕捞渔民来说，是更好的选择。之后，从渔业资源和捕捞渔民自身2个角度分析了就地转移的必要性；接着从经济发展趋势、当地的自然资源优势2个方面论证了就地转移的可行性。在此基础上，提出浙江捕捞渔民就地转产转业的政策建议。

On the Path of Transferring in Job of the Fishermen in Zhejiang

Fishermen mainly had two kinds of path in the transferring, respectively were the local transferring and remote metastasis. Combining with the current situation, this study compares the pros and cons between the two, and it was thought that local transferring was the better choice for the fishermen. After that, analyze the necessity of local transfer from two angles: the fishery resources and the fishermen; then demonstrate the feasibility of the local transfer in two aspects: the trend of economic of development and the advantages of local nature resources. On this basis, put forward the suggestions to promote the local transferring in job of the fishermen in Zhejiang.
