| 摘 要： | 为解决在鸭禽流感血凝抑制试验中鸭血清与鸡红细胞的非特异性凝集,影响抗体效价的准确性,采用10 mL/L鸭红细胞直接测定法和50 mL/L鸡红细胞吸附法进行非特异性去除试验,并对结果加以比较。结果表明,10 mL/L鸭红细胞直接测定法检测血清无须前处理,具有操作简便、耗时短的优点,可用于大量样本的检测。在进行小样本、高精度要求的检测时,适宜使用50 mL/L鸡红细胞吸附+鸭细胞测定法,以更有效去除非特异性反应。
