| 摘 要： | 浙江省经济发达,集体资产积累和城市化、工业化进程走在全国前列,因此,推动了浙江省社区股份合作迅速发展。近年来其经营模式典型,集体资产保值增值效果好,有效地解决了当地集体资产的经营管理和农民的生活保障问题,其经验对于推广社区股份合作制改革富有启发性,值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | Zhejiang Province economy is developed,the assets accumulation,urbanization and industrialization course rank ahead in the whole country,having rapidly driven the reform of Rural Community(land) Shareholding Cooperative System in Zhejiang Province.In recent years the management pattern is representative,and the effect on the preservation and increment of the value of collective assets is fine,having resolved the problem in the local life and the management control of local collective assets,whose experience is worth drawing lessons to extending partnership in the reform of rural community(land) shareholding cooperative system in Zhejiang province. |
