S1100型柴油机气缸体强度及优化分析

摘    要:以轻量化为目标,对S1100型柴油机气缸体强度进行有限元计算分析。运用参数化特征建模技术建立了气缸体优化设计前后的三维几何模型。以MSC/NASTRAN为有限元分析平台,建立气缸体三维有限元分析模型。利用模态试验技术获得了该气缸体的固有频率并和计算获得的固有频率进行比较,从而验证气缸体有限元模型。通过计算获得气缸体整体应力及位移的分布图,并在此基础上对该气缸体进行轻量化设计,减少3.3kg。优化设计后的气缸体通过计算获知其应力分布更趋均匀合理。

Abstract:The structural strength of a S1100 type of diesel engine block was analyzed in this paper. A complex 3-D geometric model of the cylinder block was established by using the parametrized modeling technology, and then a 3-D finite element model of the block was constructed. The natural frequencies of the block were calculated by the MSC/NASTRAN software. The finite element model was validated by comparison of the simulated data with those from the measurements. Based on the stress results from the simulation, the stress distribution on the cylinder block was obtained and the weight of a redesigned engine block based on the stress distribution had a reduction of 3.3 kg.
