不同基因型希蒙德木的扦插生根分析

摘    要:对选定的10株不同基因型的优良单株,通过扦插实验研究其生根性状的变异。结果表明,不同单株间生根率差异显著,S6生根率最高,达68.9%;S5最低,只有4.5%。各生根性状间相关关系显著,主成分分析表明,第一主成分可以综合概括各生根性状。S1、S4、S63株单株在综合生根性状和生根因子中排列都靠前,因此这3株单株是优良母株的最佳选择。

Abstract:The cutting rooting capacity of superior individuals from ten different clones of Simmondsia was studied in this paper.The results showed that there were significant differences in rooting rates among ten different clones.The rooting rate of superior individual S6 was the highest(69.9%) in 10 clones selected,while for S5,its rooting rate was the lowest(only 4.5%).Principle component analysis showed that principle component 1(PC1) could represent all rooting characters.From the test,individual S6,S1 and S4 were considered to be the optimal for propagating the clones.
