摘    要:试验选用10周龄的金定母鸭126只,研究在低温条件下不同电解质平衡值(dEB)对育成鸭血液生化指标及血清中激素浓度的影响。试验共分为7个处理组,其饲粮电解质平衡值(dEB)分别为-97,3,103,203,303,403,503mmol.kg-1。结果表明,在低温环境下,不同dEB对育成鸭血液中钠离子、氯离子、阴离子间隙没有显著影响(P>0.05),但对血液中有关酸碱平衡的指标如二氧化碳含量、pH值等的影响显著(P<0.05);各组间血清中T4浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),T3、孕酮和皮质醇的浓度差异显著(P<0.05)。就体内酸碱平衡、抗应激能力而言,育成鸭饲粮最佳dEB值为303mmol.kg-1。

Abstract:The experiment was conduct to study the effect of the change of chemistry index and hormone in serum by the dEB of the diets under the cold temperature.126 Jin-ding ducks in cage(10 weeks) were assigned to seven groups randomly with three replicates of six ducks per group.Each group was fed with the dietary electrolyte balance(dEB) content of-97,3,103,203,303,403,503 mmol·kg-1 respectively.The results of rearing experiment showed that there was no significantly effect on the Na+,Cl-and negative content in serum,and there was no significantly effect on the concentration of T4 in the serum,but there was significantly effect on the concentration of T3 cortisol and progestene.The blood acid-base balance and anti-stress competence of the ducks in cage were superior,when the dietary dEB was about 303 mmol·kg-1.
