| 摘 要： | 调整农业产业结构,旨在按资源优化利用原则、生产出适应市场需求的优质规模产品,获得较好的综合效益,但是,市场经济本来就是具有盲目性和滞后性的弱点,加上广西土地承包分散和信息技术落后,按外地经验和我们的实践,认为处于调整格局阶段的本地区,需从增强政府服务功能予以弥补,下述即就西瓜生产的实践与调查,提出一些看法. |
