摘    要:以生石灰为干燥剂,普通塑料薄膜袋、铝箔袋作包装材料,对桑树种子进行密封小包装后,贮藏于室内自然条件下,探讨室温条件下各种密封小包装对杂交桑种子发芽率、活力的影响,筛选适宜的种子包装材料及包装方法。试验结果表明:贮藏2个月后布袋散装、塑料袋和铝箔袋密封包装的种子发芽率下降极显著,9个月后全部丧失发芽能力;而用生石灰+铝箔袋密封小包装的种子贮藏15个月后发芽率才有所下降,但发芽率仍保持在94.67%,贮藏效果明显。

Abstract:Using quick-lime as drying agent,mulberry seeds were stored under natural room temperature after sealed up in small bags made from plastic film,aluminium foil respectively.And the germination rate and vigour of the seeds were investigated in order to determine the optimum packing material and method.The results demonstrated that the germination rate of the seeds reduced significantly in two months and lost completely in mine moths,packed with either plastic film or aluminium foil,or cloth when there was no drying agent.But the method of sealing up in aluminium foil bags plus quick-lime showed the best effect,and the germination rate did not decline until 15 months(94.67%).
