摘    要:测定了翠冠、金水2号、丰水、金水1号4个不同熟期砂梨品种果实的生长、主要糖酸含量的变化.结果表明,在砂梨果实发育早期,几乎没有葡萄糖积累,蔗糖含量也较低,而果糖含量较高;在果实发育中后期蔗糖急剧升高,果实成熟时达最高值,以翠冠总糖含量最高,其次为金水2号、丰水和金水1号;不同品种各类糖含量也有所不同,翠冠和丰水自高到低为果糖>蔗糖>葡萄糖,金水2号和金水1号为果糖>葡萄糖>蔗糖.砂梨果实中的果酸以苹果酸为主,在其生长早期总酸含量渐增,中后期呈逐渐下降趋势.

Abstract:Four sand pears,including Jinshui No.2,Cuiguan,Housui,Jinshui No.1 ,were used to investigate the changes of the dynamic pattern and contents of main sugar and acid. There were little glucose and sucrose in sand pears at the early development stage,whereas fructose content was relatively high. During fruit development,fructose and glucose content increased all the time ,sucrose content extended largely at the ripening stage. Furthermore ,different sugar contents fluctuated in Jinshui No.2 and Jinshui No.l.Apple acid was dominant in sand peras. The contents of acid increased at the early development stage and decreased at the ripening stage.
