高硒栽培区玉米子粒中硒的分布规律

摘    要:研究了富硒玉米子粒中硒的含量分布和赋存形态.结果表明,在供试玉米中,有机物质中硒含量达到90%以上,主要赋存形态为多糖和蛋白质结合硒,其中蛋白质结合硒占总硒的61.51%,在蛋白质结合硒中,盐溶蛋白质和碱溶蛋白质中含量较高,分别占总硒的19.83%和25.64%.

Abstract:This paper studied the content distribution and species of selenium in the accumulating selenium corn grain. The results indicated that the selenium content achieved above 90% from the organic matter in the corn, the main species of selenium were combined with polysaccharide and protein, and selenium in protein occupied the total selenium 61.51%. The contents of salt dissolved protein and alkali dissolved protein combining selenium of the selenium in protein were higher, separately occupying the total selenium 19.83% and 25.64%.
