番茄温敏型功能雄性不育生理机制的初步研究

摘    要:长花柱型番茄品种T431是正常品种的突变体,可用作功能型雄性不育系,但这种不育受温度影响很大,属于生境敏感雄性不育。本研究通过对T431花芽分化的4个不同时期设置不同的温度梯度和时间梯度,以确定影响花柱伸长的敏感时期,并对这一时期的有关生理指标进行了测定。

Abstract:Exserted-stigma male sterile line-T431 was the mutant of normal tomato cultivar, which could be used as functional male sterility. This kind of sterility was influenced by temperature, so it belonged to male sterile line which was sensitive to changes in the Habitat.
