摘    要:研究大豆不同磷素基因型在缺磷胁迫条件下叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果表明,磷高效基因型‘铁7555’和‘辽豆13号’保护酶活性升高或升幅较大,磷低效基因型‘凤59-15’和‘辽豆11号’则活性下降或变化不明显,低磷胁迫下大豆叶片SOD和POD活性升高。

Abstract:Changes of activities of protective enzymes [superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD)] and MDA contents in leaf. The result showed that activities of protective enzymes in P-efficient (tie-7555 and liaodou-13) increased more,and MDA increased less,however that in P-inefficient (feng-59-15 and liaodou-11) decrease, and MDA changed more. The tendency is activities of SOD and POD under P-deficiency stress in leaf increased.
