摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对艾蒿精油的提取工艺进行了研究,在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验得出最佳工艺参数:蒸馏时间1.5h、料液比为10∶1、浸泡时间1 h ,在此条件下精油得率为0.25%,各因素对提取结果影响的程度依次为:蒸馏时间>料液比>浸泡时间。采用水蒸气蒸馏法得到的艾蒿精油为浅绿色液体,有较浓的清香味,可用于食品、医疗、生物防治、果蔬保鲜等领域,是天然香料的一种原料来源。

Abstract:This paper studies the extraction of essential oil from A rtemisia argyi by steam distil‐lation .The optimum extraction technological conditions according to orthogonal tests are as fol‐lows :steam distilling for 1 .5h ,adding 10 times water ,dipping for 1h .The order of influencing significance of the parameters tested is :distilling time〉 water‐leaves rations〉 dipping time .The essential oil extracted by steam distillation is light green liquid with A rtemisia argyi ,which would be a good spice for perfume in food ,medical ,biological control ,vegetable and fruit preser‐vation ect .and would be a new resource of natural fragrance and flavor .
