| 摘 要： | 采用常规方法从大豆根际分离筛选出105株对大豆根腐病菌有拮抗作用的细菌和放线菌,利用磷脂脂肪酸法和16S rDNA测序鉴定出13株细菌,分别为1株Pseudomonas putida biotype B,1株Pseudomonas chloro-raphis,1株Pseudomonas sp.,4株Bacillus subtilis,2株Bacillus sp.,1株Bacillus pumilus,1株Bacillus atophaeus,1株Virgibacillus pantothenticus,1株Pantoea agglomerans GC subgroup A;10株放线菌,分别为3株Streptomyces violaceusniger violaceusniger,1株Streptoverticillium cinnamoneum,2株Streptomyces halstedii olivaceus,1株Strepto-myces exfoliatus,2株Streptomyces halstedii scabies,1株Streptomyces violaceusniger hygroscopicus ossam。
