| 摘 要： | 技术经济分析是科学技术服务于生产建设的中间环节。林区路网规划或单项公路工程的多方案比较,均需进行技术经济分析,从而提供技术和经济两方面的可行性依据。本文从新的概念时间因素出发,建立了林区公路技术经济分析计算模型。

| Abstract: | Technical economical-analysis is a necessary scientific technique for the middle link of production and construction. The planning of road system in the forest or the comparison between many designs in highway engineering should be firstly passed the technical-economical computation so as to provide feasible basis. This article is based on a new concept about time factor in technical-economical-analysis to make up a computing model. |
