摘 要: | 采用超声波辅助法提取蚕沙中的类黄酮,通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、处理时间对类黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助提取蚕沙中类黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度30%,超声波提取时间35min,提取温度70℃,此条件下蚕沙中类黄酮的提取率为2.358%。

Abstract: | The flavonoids was extracted from silkworm feces through ultrasonic-assisted extraction and the influences of alcohol concn.ex-traction temperature and treating time on extraction rate of flavonoids were studied through single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum technological condition for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from silkworm feces was as follows:the alcohol concn.was 30% ,the time of ultrasonic extraction was 35 min and the extraction temperature was 70 ℃.Under this condition,the extraction rate of fla-vonoids from silkworm feces was 2.358% . |
