新疆绿洲农区油葵区试品种主要农艺性状的多元相关分析

摘    要:以新疆维吾尔自治区油葵区试的14个品种为材料,对11个主要农艺性状进行变异系数、相关性和主成分分析.结果表明,单盘粒质量、单盘小花数和百粒质量的变异系数较大,分别为18.14%、15.53%和14.45%,生育期的变异系数最小,为2.03;茎粗、葵盘直径、单盘小花数和结实率与小区产量呈显著正相关;主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分对变异的累计贡献率达86.66%.在性状选择上,首先对变异大的性状进行选择是非常重要的;在品种选择上,应注意选择产量和籽仁率、百粒质量、单盘粒质量均高的品种.

Abstract:Based on the evaluation of 11 agronomic characters in 14 oil-sunflower cultivars in variety regional trial of Xinjiang oasis,the variation coefficient,correlation and principal component among these agronomic characters were analyzed.Results showed that variation coefficient of seed mass per sunflower plate,floret number per sunflower plate and 100-seed mass were higher than the other agronomic characters,which were 18.14%,15.53% and 14.45%,respectively.There were significant correlations(P<0.05) between yield and stem diameter,sunflower plate diameter,floret number per sunflower plate and seed-setting rate.And the accumulative ratio of previous four component reached 86.66%.The results indicated that higher variation coefficient was important for character selection.Considering the breeding of oil-sunflower cultivars,the selection should focus on the seed-setting rate,seed mass per sunflower plate and 100-seed mass.
