加倍杀对敌敌畏的增效机理

摘    要:旨在研究加倍杀对敌敌畏的增效机理。以黄粉虫为试虫,探究敌敌畏与加倍杀混配后对试虫表皮穿透量及乙酰胆碱酯酶、蛋白水解酶和多功能氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,当加倍杀质量分数为20%时,对敌敌畏具有明显增效作用,增效比为2.51。增效机理研究结果表明,加倍杀能促进敌敌畏对试虫表皮的穿透,使乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制率升高,增强乙酰胆碱积累量,导致试虫中毒加剧,但加倍杀对乙酰胆碱酯酶、蛋白水解酶和多功能氧化酶活性无明显影响。加倍杀对敌敌畏增效明显,增效机理为提高敌敌畏进入昆虫体内的量。

Abstract:To explore the synergistic mechanism of Jiabeisha to DDVP,synergistic action,cuticular penetration and effects on the activity of AchE,proteolytic enzymes and mixed function oxidases were preliminarily studied.Synergistic experiment showed that the synergistic action was the most significant when the content of Jiabeisha was 20 percent in DDVP,the synergism ratio was 2.51.The results of synergistic mechanism experiment indicated that Jiabeisha could effectively enhance the cuticular penetration of DDVP on Mealworm,increase the inhibition and accumulation of acetylcholinesterase(AchE),and increase the toxicity to Mealworm,but Jiabeisha had no significant effect on the activity of AchE,proteolytic enzymes and mixed function oxidases(MFO).Jiabeisha have significant synergistic action.Synergistic mechanism is that jiabeisha can effectively enhance the cuticular penetration of DDVP on Mealworm.
