普通小麦离体胚组织的脱分化和再分化培养特性

摘    要:以西农1376和小偃22两个普通小麦品种为材料,对授粉后不同时间段幼胚进行脱分化、再分化培养,分析不同胚龄的小麦离体胚培养特性。结果表明,胚龄22d时,西农1376和小偃22胚诱导形成的愈伤组织频率最高,胚龄26d胚发芽率最高,胚龄16d愈伤组织再分化率最高。在小麦离体胚组织培养中,胚龄是影响小麦胚离体培养特性的关键因素。

Abstract:The in vitro culture characteristics of wheat immature embryos in different developmental stages were systematically studied through the dedifferentiation and re-differentiation.Immature embryos of different developmental stages of two wheat cultivars,Xinong 1376 and Xiaoyan 22 were used as the materials,the culture characteristics were statistically analyzed through dedifferentiation and re-differentiation.The results showed that the callus induction frequencies of Xinong 1376 and Xiaoyan 22 were the highest for the embryos of 22 days after pollination;for the embryos of 26 days,the germination rate was the highest;for the 16 days,the callus re-differentiation was the highest.The age of embryo was the key factor which affected the in vitro embryo culture characteristics of wheat.
