复合酶制剂对断奶獭兔生长性能与营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘    要:以60只35日龄断奶獭兔为试验动物,分为对照组和试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组3个试验组,每组设3个重复,每重复5只獭兔,研究日粮中添加2、4、6g/kg 3个水平复合酶制剂对其生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。结果表明,3个试验组的平均日增量分别比对照组提高10.65%(P<0.05)、14.49%(P<0.01)、12.39%(P<0.01);料重比分别比对照组降低11.26%(P<0.01)、15.47%(P<0.01)、13.36%(P<0.01);腹泻率分别比对照组降低53.31%(P<0.05)、70.79%(P<0.01)、62.55%(P<0.01),以试验Ⅱ组效果最好。试验组营养物质表观消化率均高于对照组,其中试验组粗蛋白表观消化率分别比对照组提高11.86%(P>0.05)、22.73%(P<0.05)、18.10%(P<0.05);试验组粗纤维表观消化率分别比对照组提高14.53%(P<0.05)、23.00%(P<0.01)、22.15%(P<0.01),以试验Ⅱ组效果最好;试验组粗脂肪表观消化率分别比对照组提高3.5%(P>0.05)、8.68%(P<0.05)、9.36%(P<0.05),以试验Ⅲ组效果最好;试验组其他干物质、粗灰分、钙、磷表观消化率高于对照组,但差异不显著。因此认为,添加4g/kg水平复合酶制剂对提高断奶獭兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率,降低腹泻率效果最佳。

Abstract:Sixty Rex rabbits with age of 35 days were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group to study the effect of multi-enzyme preparation level(0,2,4 and 6 g/kg,named control,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ respectively) on their growth performances and nutrient apparent digestibility.Results showed that average daily gains in three treatment groups were 10.65%(P<0.05),14.49%(P<0.01),and 12.39%(P<0.01)higher than in control group respectively.Feed conversions in three treatment groups were 11.26%(P<0.01),15.47%(P<0.01) and 13.36%(P<0.01)lower than in control group respectively.Diarrhea incidences in three treatment groups were 53.31%(P<0.05),70.79%(P<0.01) and 62.55%(P<0.01)lower than in control group respectively.4 g/kg level was better.Nutrient apparent digestibility in three treatment groups was all higher than in control group.Nutrient apparent digestibility of crude protein in three treatment groups were 11.86%(P>0.05),22.73%(P<0.05) and 18.10%(P<0.05)higher than in control group respectively.Nutrient apparent digestibility of crude fiber in three treatment groups were 14.53%(P<0.05),23.00%(P<0.01) and 22.15%(P<0.01)higher than in control group respectively and the 4g/kg level was better.The nutrient apparent digestibility of crude fat in 3 treatment groups were 3.5%(P>0.05),8.68%(P<0.05) and 9.36%(P<0.05)higher than in control group respectively.Nutrient apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude ash,Ca and P in treatment groups were higher than in control group but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).So we concluded that 4 g/kg level was better than other levels.
