郏县红牛子宫内细菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:研究郏县红牛产后子宫内细菌的分部情况,为牛子宫内膜炎的预防、治疗提供依据。通过对产后不同时间的21份子宫内容物进行分离、纯化、鉴定,结果共分离出细菌14种(43株),其中以蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、产吲哚金黄杆菌、浅黄金色单胞菌、奥斯陆莫拉菌、葡萄球菌等为主。从革兰氏染色结果来看,革兰氏阳性菌有23株(占53.5%)、革兰氏阴性菌有20株(占46.5%)。结果与奶牛子宫内膜炎患病牛所分离的细菌菌株及革兰氏染色特性相一致。

Abstract:In order to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of cattle endometritis,bacteria division in postpartum uterus of Jiaxian red cattle was analyzed.As the result 14 bacteria species(43 strains) were isolated from 21 postpartum uterus contents after the separation,purification and identification process.The main species are Bacillus cereus,Escherichia coli,Chryseobacterium indologenes,Chryseomonas luteola,Moraxella osloensis,Staphylococcus.After Gram staining test,23 strains(53.5%) were Gram-positive bacteria,and 20 strains(46.5%) were Gram-negative bacteria.The bacteria strains and Gram staining results are consistent with previous results,in which bacteria were isolated from cows with endometritis.
