微生物菌肥对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘    要:以黄瓜为试材,研究不同稀释倍数的微生物菌肥对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。探讨微生物菌肥对黄瓜幼苗是否有促进作用。结果表明,施用一定稀释倍数的微生物菌肥有利于黄瓜幼苗的生长,株高、茎粗、叶面积显著高于CK,气孔导度和胞间CO2摩尔分数增大,净光合速率升高有利于干物质的积累。另外,微生物菌肥能提高根系的活力,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶的活性明显升高。其中稀释150倍的效果最为明显。稀释300、600倍的差异不显著。由此说明,一定稀释倍数的微生物菌肥有利于黄瓜幼苗的生长。

Abstract:Effects of different levels of microbial manure on growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings were studied,and we discussed the mechanism of the microbial manure.The results showed that the growth of cucumber seedlings was significantly enhanced under microbial manure.Comparing with CK,the growth of plant height,stem diameter and leaf area was significantly increased,and significantly increased Gs,Ci and net photosynthetic rate,which suggested microbial manure was good for the accumulation of dry matter.The effect of T1 was the most obvious.However,no difference was detected between T2 and T3.The result indicated that finite concentration of microbial manure could enhance the plant growth.
