| 摘 要： | 对商品代白羽乌骨鸡早期肉用性能进行了观测，并以泰和鸡、黄羽乌骨鸡为对照组。结果表明：１０周龄体重，白羽乌骨鸡为１０３１．５ｇ、黄羽乌骨鸡为８５４．６ｇ、泰和鸡为５０３．０ｇ，三个鸡种间差异极显著。三个鸡种饲料转化比、屠宰率差异不显著。

| Abstract: | The meat performance of commercial stock of black-bone chicken with white feather at the early stage of growth was measured,while black-bone silky fowl and black-bone chicken with yellow feather were used as control. The results indicated that the body weight of 3 strains of chicken,significantly different from each other,was 1031.5 g,854.6 g and 503.0 g at 10 weeks of age respectively.In addition,the analysis on feed conversion and dressing percentage showed that there was no obvions difference among these strains. |
