不同营养水平对低温下蛋鸡的影响

摘    要:将1008只140日龄褐色罗曼蛋鸡随机分成7组,在冬季低温期间分别给予不同配方的日粮,观测血液生化指标和产蛋率的变化。结果表明,在低温环境下,血中钙离子、氯化物、尿素氮含量变化明显。产蛋率与血清总蛋白、无机磷呈弱负相关,与钙离子、镁离子呈弱正相关,与尿素氮、血糖呈中等正相关,与钠离子呈强正相关,与其它指标无明显相关性。

Abstract:n this experiment,1008 Longmann brown layers at 140 days old of age were randomly divided into seven groups,then they were exposed to low temperature in winter and were respectively fed with different diets.During the experimental time,the changes of their some blood constituents and laying rate were measured.The results are showed as follow:During the birds were exposed to low temperature,the concentrations of blood calcium,blood chloride and urinous nitrogen changed obviously.The laying rate had a slight negative correlation with total serum protein and serum phosphorus,a slight positive correlation with serum Ca 2 and serum Mg 2 ,a medium positive correlation with urinous nitrogen and blood sugar,and a strong postitive correlation with serum Na ,however,no correlation with other index.
