直流电中药离子导入治疗奶牛隐性型乳房炎试验研究(初报)

本试验采用杭州乳房炎试验(简称H.M.T.)作为主要诊断指标,改良华沙氏试验(Modified Whiteside test)作为诊断参考指标,对三个奶牛场全部泌乳中期的生产奶牛215头,828个乳区进行隐性型乳房炎普查,并选取检查病变较剧的阳性牛22头,84个乳区,用C.G.N煎剂(栝蒌牛蒡汤加减)离子导入治疗,同时留取检查阳性等级相近的阳性牛22头,83个乳区,不进行治疗处理作为对照。结果表明,治疗组与对照组经Ridit检验,u=6.518,P<0.01,差异极显著。初步证明本疗法对于控制奶牛隐性型乳房炎具有一定疗效,并提示它可能成为早期防治奶牛乳房炎的一种新的有效方法。

THE EFFECTS OF CHINESE MATERIA MEDICA THROUGH THE APPL CATION OF IONCONDUCTION ON SUBCLINICAL MASTITIS OF COWS(A PRELIMINARY REPORT)

The investigation conducted in this paper, studied the therapeutic effect of ion-conduction on the subclinical mastitis of Cows as presented by the Chinese materia medica. Modified Whiteside test was also employed in order to avoid the side effects caused by antibiotic or chemical synthetic drugs in the conventional treatment of mastitis. So, two methods were adopted to diagnose subclinical mastitis, i. e. Han gzhou Mastitis Test and Modified Whiteside Test. A general investigation was carried out for detecting the subclinical mastitis of all cows in three raising fields including 828 mammillas of 215 milk cows where mammae recreated and produced milk at medium term. The positive cows bearing subclinical mastitis were randomly separated in two groups. "Compound Gualou Niubangzi Decoction" (C. G. N. D.) Zhrough ion-conduction were given in 84 mammillae of 22 cows. The others in 83 mammillae of 22 cows were kept as control. Ridit test was applied to make comparison on the therapeutic effuct for the two groups. Results showed that C. G. N. D. maintained significant effoct on subclinical mastitis through ion-conduction. these findings indicate that Chinese materia medica with ion-conduction is an effective therapeutics for subclinical mastitis of cows.
