生物技术专业新生心理调查及班主任工作对策

问卷调查显示,生物技术专业大一新生对校园文化感兴趣,普遍期待有意义的大学生活。然而,学生对基础课程的学习缺乏兴趣和有效的方法,心理上易陷入迷茫。针对学生的心理现状,班主任应该结合生物技术专业的特点,呵护学生的成长激情,引导学生端正学习态度,帮助学生树立“完善自我,服务社会”的人生目标,尽快摆脱迷茫,适应大学生活。

Psychological Investigation in Freshmen of Biotechnology Major and Corresponding Measures Suggested for Freshman Tutors

A questionnaire-based survey showed that freshmen of biotechnology major are generally interested in campus culture, and most of them have high expectation of their coming college life. However, they seem to lack sufficient interest in the basic courses, which may make them disoriented. To solve this problem, a tutor of freshmen should cherish students＇ pas- sion for better growth, guide them in cultivating a correct attitude toward their study, and help them set a goal of ＂self-betterment and serving the society＂ in their lives and adapt themselves to the college life.
