| 摘 要： | 为解决丽江市油橄榄扦插成活率低的现状，丽江市林业科学研究所在玉龙县大具乡开展油橄榄育苗试验。通过对当地的5个引种筛选的良种用不同浓度的ABT生根粉进行扦插试验，并采用相同的穗条处理、扦插、插后管理等技术措施。结果表明：佛奥、柯基两个品种可以采用浓度为100ppm的1号ABT生根粉，皮瓜尔、豆果采用浓度为200ppm的1号ABT生根粉，采用本文介绍的管理方法进行苗木繁育；鄂植8号扦插及管理方法还需进一步试验研究。
