叶幕厚度对葡萄产量、品质和贮藏营养的影响

摘    要:以酿酒葡萄“贵人香”为试材,连续两年研究了模式化修剪保留不同叶幕厚度处理对葡萄果实产量、品质和枝条贮藏营养等生长发育指标的影响,以期为葡萄简化修剪技术的研发提供理论依据。结果表明,叶幕厚度90cm处理产量最高,其次为60cm处理,两者无显著差异,30cm处理最低。叶幕厚度60cm处理果实的可溶性固形物、总糖、糖酸比和维生素C含量均最高,显著高于其他处理,其次为90cm处理,30cm和120cm两个处理最低。可滴定酸含量表现相反趋势。叶幕厚度60cm处理单宁和总酚含量均最高,其次为90cm和30cm处理,120cm处理最低,显著低于其他处理。叶幕厚度60cm、90cm和120cm三个处理枝条的可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白含量均无显著差异,显著高于30cm处理。2014年叶幕厚度60cm处理的游离氨基酸含量最高,其次为90cm处理,两者无显著差异,显著高于120cm和30cm处理,30cm处理显著低于其他各处理。综合分析,在辽宁省朝阳市气候条件下,模式化修剪叶幕厚度保留60cm时,“贵人香”葡萄表现最佳,其次为90cm处理,30cm和120cm处理最差。

Effects of canopy thicknesses on yield, fruit quality and storage nutrition of grape
Abstract:Wine grape \"Welschriesling\" were used as test materials, studying the effects of different canopy thicknesses on grape growth indexes including yield, fruit quality and storage nutrition for two consecutive years, in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of the simplified pruning technology. Results show that, canopy thickness 90 cm had the highest yield, followed by 60 cm, there were no significant difference, yield of 30 cm was minimum. Tent of leaf thickness 60 cm handle fruit soluble solids, total sugar, sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C contents of canopy thickness 60 cm were the highest, and were significantly higher than other treatments, followed by 90 cm, 30 cm and 120 cm were the lowest. Titratable acid contents were in opposite tendency. Tannins and total phenols contents of canopy thickness 60 cm were the highest, followed by 90 cm and 30 cm, 120 cm was the lowest and was significantly lower than other treatments. Soluble sugar, starch and soluble protein contents of canopy thicknesses 60 cm, 90 cm and 120 cm had no significant difference, were significantly higher than 30 cm. Free amino acid contents of canopy thickness 60 cm in 2014 was the highest, followed by 90 cm, there were no significant difference, were significantly higher than 120 cm and 30 cm, 30 cm treatment was significant lower than other treatments. Comprehensive analysis with climate conditions of Chaoyang city in Liaoning province, canopy thickness 60 cm of Welschriesling grapes in pruning of modeling was the best, followed by 90 cm, 30 cm and 120 cm were the worst.
