摘 要: | 树莓是一种药食同源的浆果植物,其果实、籽和叶在食品、保健、化妆品和医药中均具有广泛的应用价值。树莓中存在多种活性成分,具有明确或潜在的药理活性。本文根据国内外近几年的研究成果和报道,对树莓的营养成分、活性成分(鞣花酸、超氧化物歧化酶、黄酮化合物、花青素、花色苷与原花青素和树莓酮)及其现有产品进行阐述。为树莓资源的开发、利用和研究提供科学依据。

Research progress of the main active ingredient in Raspberry |

Abstract: | Raspberry is known as a kind of berry plant with the homology of medicine and food, whose fructification, seeds and leaves are widely applied in food, health care products, cosmetics and medicines. Several kinds of active ingredients are found in raspberry, with definite or potential pharmacological activities. According to the latest research results and reports in and abroad, the nutrients and active ingredient, containing ellagic acid, superoxide dismutase, flavonoids, anthocyanins, anthocyanins and procyanidins and raspberry ketones, and existing products of raspberry were elaborated in this article, to provide the scientific basis for its exploitation, utilization and research. |
