几种药物对蛋鸡产蛋率影响的比较

选用２２４只１７月龄京白９３８商品代蛋鸡，按产蛋率随机分为７组。６个试验组分别按治疗量连喂３ｄ新霉素、链霉素、红霉素、土霉素、地塞米松和增效联磺散，观察这些药物对蛋鸡产蛋率的影响。结果表明，地塞米松组产蛋率下降３１．３％，链霉素组和土霉素组产蛋率分别下降８．３％和７．３％，新霉素组和增效联磺散组的产蛋率也略有下降。表明蛋鸡在产蛋期应禁用地塞米松，其余药物也要慎用。

Effects of Different Medicines on Egg-laying Rate of Laying Hen

Jing white 938 commercial laying hens were divided into 7 groups randomly. No medicine was used in one check group and neomycin, erythromycin, streptomycin, terramycin, dexamethasone and sulfa-drugs were used in six trial groups respectively for 3 days. The results showed that: the egg-laying rate of the dexamethasone, erythromycin and terramycin groups decreased by 31.3% , 8.3% and 7.3% respectively, the neomycin group and the sulfa-drugs group only decreased slightly. It is thought that dexamethasone cannot be used to laying hens during laying period, other medicines should be used carefully too.
