燕麦品种资源品质分析

摘    要:裸燕麦品种蛋白质含量在15%以下的比重较大,脂肪含量多数在5%~7%之间,亚油酸含量在40%~45%之间的占多数。皮燕麦品种蛋白质含量最高可达17.92%,最低为8.71%,多数在10%~15%之间;脂肪含量在7%以上的占多数;亚油酸含量多数集中在40%以下,最高可达46%以上。裸燕麦在我国山西的品种是高蛋白、中脂肪类型,锡盟的品种为高脂肪、低亚油酸类型,青海的品种为高亚油酸、低脂肪类型,河北、内蒙古、乌盟的品种低蛋白、低亚油酸类型比重较大。皮燕麦主要由国外引入,美国品种为高脂肪、低蛋白质类型,加拿大、中国的品种为中蛋白质、中脂肪、中亚油酸类型,匈牙利、原苏联、丹麦、智利的品种为中蛋白、高脂肪、低亚油酸类型。

Analysis of Oat Germplasm Quality Characters
Abstract:Most naked oat germplasm have less than 15% protein content, 5%~7% fat content and 40%~45% linoleic acid. Among covered oat germplasm, protein content is 10%~15%, fat content is more than 7% and linoleic acid is below 40%.In naked oats, Shanxi varieties have high protein and middle fat, Ximeng varieties have high fat and lower linoleic acid, Qinhai varieties have high linoleic acid and lower fat, most varieties from Hebei and Neimeng have lower protein and lower linoleic acid.In covered oats, varieties from United States have high fat and lower linoleic acid, varieties from Canada and China have middle protein, fat and linoleic acid, varieties from Hungary, Russia, Denmark have middle protein, high fat, and lower linoleic acid.
