弗兰克氏菌Cel 517菌株固氮研究

摘    要:由木麻黄(CasuarinaeguisetifoliaL)根瘤中分离的内生菌FrankiaspCel517菌株,可在以丙酸为碳源的限定培养基中表现出较高的固氮酶活性。固氮周期在180h达到高峰。蛋白胨与NH4Cl对固氮活性有抑制作用,氧分压为10%~15%时,固氮酶活性最高,泡囊的诱导时间对固氮酶活性影响较大。

Studies on Nitrogen Fixation of Frankia sp Cel 517 Strain
Abstract:Frankia sp Cel 517 can show higher nitrogenase activity in a defined medium containing propionic acid as C_source. The maximal nitrogenase activity of Cel 517 arrived at 180 hours. Proteinase and NH 4Cl inhibited nitrogenase activity. The highest nitrogenase activity was obtained in 10%~15% of O 2. The time of induced vesicles has great influence on nitrogenase.
