水中残留氯氰菊酯农药萃取条件的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究萃取水体中的残留氯氰菊酯农药的影响条件。[方法]通过对影响提前效果的萃取剂、pH值和温度的优化,得出最佳的萃取条件,同时建立了萃取率同萃取时间的动力数学模型。[结果]结果表明,石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合物对氯氰菊酯有较好的萃取效果,最佳体积比为90∶10,最佳pH值为8,最佳温度为25 ℃,萃取率可达90%以上。同时构建了对氯氰菊酯的萃取率同振荡萃取时间之间的动力模型和方程:(C0-Ct)/C0×100%=95.5-136.4/t。[结论] 该模型可更好地表达出萃取率随时间的变化趋势。
