摘    要:针对甘肃省干旱、半干旱区可持续发展综合评价问题 ,建立了评价指标体系 ,以及定量评价模型 ;并运用该模型 ,对该地区各县 (市、区 )可持续发展水平作了定量化评价 ,计算出了每县 (市、区 )从属于“可持续发展”的隶属度 ,有关结果可为该地区区域发展决策提供依据。

Abstract:The Hexi corridor in Gansu prorince belongs to arid area. In this area, there are irrigating water from Qilian mountain, rich sunlight and heat, so the oasis agriculture is well developed, but the regional development is restricted by the limit water resources and serious desertification. The middle part of the Gansu province which is in the west part of the Loess Plateau belongs to the semiarid area. In this area, vegetations are sparse, soil erosion is serious, and the poverty is well know in China. On behalf of the basis for regional sustainable development planning in arid and semiarid area, the evaluating index system for regional sustainable develpopment which consists of three levels is put forward. Based on the evaluating index system, using Fuzzy mathematics method, an integrated evaluation model of regional sustainable development was established. The model is made up of three sub-models. The first sub model is based on the third level of index; the second sub-model is based on the second level of sets of index and the third sub-model is based on the first level of sets of index. By using the model, each county, ward or city in Liangxi area were evaluated. The conclusions will provide scientific basis for the regional sustainable development strategies in the area.
