江苏某奶牛场荷斯坦牛泌乳初期乳成分分析

摘    要:目的]为泌乳奶牛牛群的管理、营养调控、保证生鲜乳质量等方面提供理论依据.方法]对江苏某奶牛场荷斯坦泌乳初期奶牛产奶量及乳成分含量进行测定,分析中国荷斯坦奶牛群在不同泌乳月、胎次和产奶量等条件下乳成分及各成分间相关性.结果]该牛场中国荷斯坦牛在乳泌初期泌乳月份对乳中常规乳成分及酸度具有显著影响.产奶量对泌乳初期乳成分含量有明显影响.泌乳早期乳中常规营养成分及滴定酸度间存在一定的相关性,乳脂肪与密度呈显著负相关,非脂乳固体与密度、冰点以及乳蛋白存在显著正相关.结论]该研究为奶牛生产实践提供一定参考依据.

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the management of dairy cow herd and nutritional regulation,ensuring the quality of raw milk.Method] The milk yield and component content of Holstein dairy cows in a dairy farm of Jiangsu Province were determined,and the correlations between milk component content and other components of Holstein dairy cows under the conditions of lactation months,fetal parity and milk yield were analyzed.Result] The lactation mouths in early lactation period of Holstein dairy cows in this dairy farm had significant effects on the routine milk composition and acidity of milk.Milk yield had significant effects on the content of milk components in early lactation period.There was a correlation between route nutritional components and acidity in early lactation period.There was a significantly negative correlation between milk fat and milk concentration.There was a significantly positive correlation between the non-fat solids content and concentration,freezing point and milk protein.Conclusion] The research provided some reference basis for the production practice of dairy cows.
