农村收入结构变动趋势及相应对策研究

采用对应分析方法,对1995、2000、2005和2010年我国31个省市农村居民家庭人均纯收入按4种收入来源进行分析.结果表明,工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入比重稳步上升,家庭性收入比重逐步下降;而惯量数据方面,工资性收入惯量逐步下降,财产性收入、转移性收入和家庭经营收入均逐步增加.说明农民愈加重视家庭经营收入对整个家庭纯收入的影响,对工资性收入尤其是外出打工收入重视度降低,农民外出就业意愿发生了转变.这表明国家出台的各项强农惠农政策有效促进了农村经济改善,农民工回乡创业成为新的农村经济增长点.

Rural Income Structure Variation Trend and Corresponding Countermeasures

The per capita net income of rural households from 31 provinces and cities in China in 1995,2000,2005 and 2010 were analyzed by four kinds of income sources using correspondence analysis method.The results showed that,the proportion of wage income,property income and transfer income increased steadily,but the family income decline gradually; Inertia data showed that,gradual decline in wage income,the other three were gradually increased.Farmers pay more attention to the influence of the family income,but insufficient attention to the salary income,especially migrant workers income.All preferential policies have promoted the rural economy effectively,back home to run business become the new rural economic growth.
