| Abstract: | At present,a large number of peasants who lost their territory have been produced in urbanization development at a high speed,their problem becomes a great focus of the society of new period.This text explain necessity to solve the employment problem of peasants who lost their territory in urbanization process,after investigating and further analyzing,the writer discovered that low compensate,social security omission and lack of knowledge are the main problems which make the peasants who lost their territory feel difficult to obtain employment.This text explores a series of effective countermeasures to solve the problem of peasant's employment of who lost their territory. |
