钩吻对固始鸡生长性能及免疫性能的影响

摘    要:通过在3周龄固始鸡饲粮中添加不同剂量(0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%)的钩吻(GEB),测定了其对固始鸡生长性能和免疫性能的影响.添加GEB后,日增重、料肉比有所提高,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),其中添加0.8%GEB日粮组对固始鸡的日增重影响最明显,料肉比最低;添加GEB后,固始鸡的胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊指数均比对照组高,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),添加一定剂量GEB后,固始鸡血清中针对新城疫病毒(NDV)的抗体效价均比对照组高,5周龄和7周龄时0.8%GEB组、1.2%GEB组和1.6%GEB组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),9周龄的NDV抗体效价高于对照组但差异不显著(P〉0.05).

Abstract:The study aimed to assess the effects of gelsemium elsgans benth which was added to a corn-soybeen meal diet on growth performance and immune function of 21-day-old Gushi chickens.Four diets contained 0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,or 1.6% of gelsemium elsgans benth,and the control diet were designed.Results showed that adding GEB in the diets,daily gain and feed conversion rate were raised,but there was no significant difference beween test groaps and control group,Gushi chicken's index of thymus,spleen and bursa were higher than that of blank control group,but there was no significant difference between them.Gushi chicken's NDV antibody titre in test groups was also higher than that of blank control group,0.8% GEB group,1.2% GEB group and 1.6% GEB group was significantly higher than that of blank control group on 5 weeks-age and 7 weeks-age;the NDV(titre) on 9 weeks-age was also higher than that of blank control group,but not significant.
