饲喂不同加工玉米对延边半细毛羊消化代谢及瘤胃内环境的影响

摘    要:对安装有瘘管的延边半细毛羊分别饲喂不同加工玉米的日粮后,其pH变化在各试验组间无显著差异。氨态氮浓度变化在饲喂3 h后整粒玉米组显著低于其它2组(P<0.05),而在6 h时粉状玉米组又显著低于其它2组(P<0.05)。瘤胃内CMCase和xylanase的活力在各试验组间无显著差异。瘤胃内原虫种群变化在颗粒玉米组表现出高于其它2组的倾向,但各试验组间无显著差异。饲料的营养消化率在各试验组间无显著差异。

Abstract:After feeding differently processed corn as dietary to yanbian semi-fuzz sheep with fistulas,the pH varieties were not significantly different in all experimental groups.The concentration of NH3-N in the whole corn group was significantly lower than the other two groups after 3 h(P<0.05),however,after 6 h,the mealy corn group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).The activities of CMCase and xylanase were not significantly different in all experimental groups.The variation of protozoa population of the granule corn group in rumen trended to be higher than the other two groups,but not significant.Also,there was no significant difference among all experimental groups in feeder nutriment digestibility.
